CHANGE OF PRINCIPAL PLACE OF BUSINESS IN HONG KONG

The board (the “ Board ”) of SkyNet Group Limited (the “ Company ”) announces that the principal place of business in Hong Kong of the Company will be changed to Room 4702, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Admiralty, Hong Kong.

The telephone and facsimile numbers of the Company will be changed to (852) 3108 9028 and (852) 3108 9029 respectively.

The change of principal place of business, telephone number and facsimile number will be effective from 22 May 2017.
