Notice of Annual General Meeting

AQRU plc (AQSE: AQRU), an incubator specialising in opportunities in FinTech and decentralised finance ("DeFi"), will hold its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") at 10:00am on 28 April 2023 at the offices of Fladgate LLP at 16 Great Queen Street, London, WC2B 5DG.

Further details on the arrangement for this year's AGM are set out in the Notice of AGM. The Notice of AGM, together with Form of Proxy, has been posted to shareholders today. The Notice of AGM will shortly also be available on the Company's website.
