This is to inform you that an Emergent Board of Directors Meeting of Supernet Technologies Limited (“the Company”) will be held on Monday, 25 May 2026 at 12:00 P.M at the registered office of the Company and through video-conferencing. This is to consider the matters other than financial statements.
The Company has declared the ‘Close Period’ from 20 May 2026 to 25 May 2026 as required under clause 5.6.4 of PSX Regulations. Accordingly, no Director, Chief Executive Officer or Executive shall directly/indirectly deal in the shares of the Company in any manner whatsoever during this close period.
