Supermarket Income REIT PLC, announces that on 24th November 2017 Steve Peter Windsor, a Director of the Company's Investment Adviser, Atrato Capital Limited, transferred 1,030,000 ordinary shares of 100 pence each in the Company from his own dealing account to his and his wife's SIPP and ISA accounts. The beneficial interest of Steve Windsor and his closely associated persons remains unchanged. ("Ordinary Shares").
