Date of Annual General Meeting and Closing Date for Director Nominations

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 Superloop Limited ( ASX: SLC ) ( Company ) announces that the Annual General Meeting for the Company will be held on Wednesday, 30 October 2019.

Under the Company’s Constitution and in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 14.3, valid nominations for the position of director are required to be lodged at the registered office of the Company by no later than Wednesday, 11 September 2019.
