Description
The securities of Superloop Limited ('SLC') will be placed in trading halt at SLC's request, pending it releasing an announcement about the outcome of the institutional component of the accelerated entitlement offer. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 26 September 2019.

Superloop Limited - Request for trading halt
In connection with a proposed capital raising involving institutional and retail components, Superloop Limited ACN 169 263 094 (ASX: SLC) (Superloop) requests that ASX grant an immediate trading halt of its securities pending the release of an announcement regarding completion of an institutional placement and the accelerated component of an entitlement offer (Announcement).
Superloop requests that the trading halt apply from the commencement of trading on Monday, 23 September 2019, and continue until the earlier of commencement of trading on Thursday, 26 September 2019 or release of the Announcement.
Under ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Superloop confirms that it is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
