Issue of cleansing notice under section 708A(5)(e)(i) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)

Superloop Limited ACN 169 263 094 (ASX: SLC) ( Superloop ) has today issued 30,527,680 fully paid ordinary shares in Superloop ( New Shares ) to institutional and sophisticated investors under the first tranche of its institutional placement.

Superloop issued the New Shares without disclosure to investors under section 708A(5) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ( Corporations Act ).

For the purposes of section 708A(6) of the Corporations Act, Superloop advises:

1. the New Shares were issued without disclosure under part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act;

2. this notice is given under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act;

3. as at the date of this notice, Superloop has complied with:

   • (a) the provisions of chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to Superloop; and

   • (b) section 674 of the Corporations Act; and

4. as at the date of this notice, there is no excluded information of the type referred to in sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Corporations Act.
