RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
In accordance with Listing Rule 3.13.2 and section 251AA of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), Superloop Limited (ASX: SLC) advises that the outcome of all resolutions put to shareholders at its Annual General Meeting held today were as set out on the following page.
All resolutions put to the meeting were passed by the requisite majority of shareholders on a poll.
