Superior Resources Limited (ASX: SPQ) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Superior Resources Limited (‘SPQ’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of SPQ, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 15 May 2020 or when the announcement is released to the market.

REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1 Superior Resources Limited (ASX:SPQ) requests a trading halt on its securities pending an announcement in relation to a capital raising .

The company requests that the trading halt commence from pre market open on Wednesday 13 May 2020 and remain in place until the earlier of commencement of normal trading on Friday 15 May 2020 or when an announcement concerning the capital raising is released to the market.

The company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.

The company does not consider that there is any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
