CAPITAL RAISING - SHARE PLACEMENT
Superior Resources Limited (ASX Code: SPQ) hereby provides the following information for the purposes of ASX listing Rule 7.1 and 7.1A in relation to the Capital Raising announcement 1 May 2017.
The maximum placement capacity available to Superior Resources Limited (ASX Code: SPQ) in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 7.1 and ASX Listing Rule 7.1A is 86,884,342 ordinary shares.
In accordance with the announcement 1 May 2017 the company received applications for 90 million shares.
In compliance with ASX listing Rue 7.1 and ASX Listing Rule 7.1A the company reduces the number of shares to be issued to 86 million ordinary shares and refund the excess monies received.
The amount of capital raised in accordance with the reduced number of ordinary shares to be issued is $477,863.88.
The Company expects that shares will be allotted in the next few days.
