REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT
In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1 Superior Resources Limited (ASX:SPQ) requests a trading halt on its securities pending an announcement regarding a proposed capital raising being a placement.
The company requests that the trading halt commence from pre market open on Thursday 28 May 2015 and remain in place until the earlier of commencement of normal trading on Monday 1 June 2015 or when an announcement concerning a capital raising is released to the market.
The company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
The company does not consider that there is any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
