ASX RELEASE 5 November 2013 Change to Management of Company

Superior Resources Limited (ASX:SPQ) (the Company ) advises that Mr Ken Harvey has resigned his executive role as Executive Exploration Director and will continue as a Non-Executive Director and a geological Consultant to the Company.

The change is a part of the Company’s short and medium term corporate strategy and is a reflection of the Board’s understanding of the current investor market slow down.

Importantly, Mr Harvey’s appointment will:

1. minimise the Company’s cash expenditure;

2. enable the Company to increase its focus on securing corporate and commercial opportunities without compromising its technical capabilities; and

3. enable the Company to better satisfy its corporate governance principles.

The Company considers that the continuation of Mr Harvey on the Board is important to ensure that SPQ retains the substantial experience and specialist technical knowledge that provides the Company with a strategic and competitive advantage.

In adopting this change, the Board also recognises the importance of maintaining an appropriate balance of corporate and technical skills to ensure the successful development of the Company in the current markets.
