Date of Annual General Meeting
Superior Resources Limited advises that it will be holding its 2020 Annual General Meeting of shareholders on Friday, 27 November 2020.
Given the current uncertainties in relation to COVID-19, the location and timing of the meeting will be confirmed closer to the event to ensure that any COVID-19 restrictions are taken into consideration.
In accordance with Listing Rule 3.13.1 the company advises that the closing date for the receipt of nominations for persons wishing to be considered for election as a director, is 21 October 2020.
