On 21 September 2020, the Company was notified by Julian Dunkerton, Executive Director and PDMR, that he had purchased 846,833 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of £1.3577 per share.

Following the purchase, Julian Dunkerton holds 16,018,938 ordinary shares in Superdry, representing 19.5% per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
