Vuance Ltd. (the “Company”) accepted the resignation of Mr. Avi Landman from the Board of Directors (the “Board”), effective as of July 8, 2010 (the “Effective Date”). On the Effective Date, the Board appointed Mr. Eyal Tuchman to serve as a director on the Board until the conclusion of the Company’s next annual general meeting of shareholders.
