Vuance Ltd. (“Vuance”) recently announced that the Board of the Brussels Stock Exchange (Euronext Brussels) approved the application by Vuance to delist Vuance shares from the Euronext Stock Exchange. The delisting will take effect August 4, 2008. Vuance’s announcement is attached hereto as Exhibits 1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
