Sub: Outcome of meeting of Board of Directors of the Company pursuant to Intimation under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015

This is to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today has inter-alia considered and approved the following:

Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that it has been proposed to temporarily suspend the manufacturing activities at our plant SUPER B situated at Kotnur, Andhra Pradesh, w.e.f. 22nd May 2023 due to modernization of the plant.

Further, the disclosure as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9 th September 2015 is given hereunder
