Non-Executive Director Appointments
Super Retail Group Limited today announces the appointment of Annabelle Chaplain AM and Gary Dunne as Non-Executive Directors of the Company, effective 31 March 2020.
Ms Chaplain brings to Super Retail Group diverse board experience with a range of ASXlisted companies after a successful career in investment banking with Barclays Bank, Citibank, Standard Chartered Bank and ABN Amro. Formerly a non-executive chair of Queensland Airports and director of Downer EDI, Ms Chaplain is also non-executive chair of MFF Capital Investments, Canstar and a non-executive director of Seven Group Holdings.
With more than 25 years’ experience in operations and strategy with Coles, ALDI and Woolworths, Mr Dunne offers a wealth of retail knowledge to the Group. His time leading a transformation of Sigma Healthcare and in private equity running Pacific Equity Partners positions him as a well-credentialed addition to the Super Retail Board.
