Retirement of Non-Executive Director – Diana Eilert
Super Retail Group Limited (ASX: SUL) today announces the retirement of Diana Eilert as a Non-Executive Director, effective 31 January 2021. Ms Eilert, who joined the Board in 2015, is retiring to focus on roles with companies in the start-up phase.
Super Retail Group Chair Sally Pitkin said “On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Diana for her commitment and contribution to the business over the past five years, particularly as Chair of the Human Resources and Remuneration Committee. Her support and counsel have been greatly valued. We wish her well with her new endeavours.”
A search is underway to identify a new Non-Executive Director.
