SUPER RETAIL GROUP ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF NEW CHIEF HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER

Super Retail Group Limited (ASX:SUL), owner of iconic Australian brands including Amart Sports, BCF Boating Camping Fishing, Supercheap Auto, Rays and Rebel, is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Jane Kelly as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). The new appointment is effective 25 July 2016.

Ms Kelly brings to the Group a strong track record of achievement in senior Human Resources, Change Management and Operational roles in large, complex organisations, including Westpac, Exxon Mobil, Carter Holt Harvey and Ansett Australia. Most recently, she served as Human Resources and Corporate Affairs Director for BT Financial Group.

Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Mr Peter Birtles, said this key executive role would be charged with advancing Super Retail Group’s strong focus on team engagement:
