Super Retail Group 2021 Annual General Meeting

Dear Shareholder,

Super Retail Group will be holding its 2021 Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) on Wednesday, 20 October 2021 at 11.30 am (AEST) as a virtual meeting .

The COVID-19 pandemic continues to impact all of us and requires significant, and often rapid, adjustments in our home and working lives. As a result of this continuing uncertainty and in the interests of the health and safety of our shareholders and team members, our AGM will again be held as a virtual meeting, rather than a physical meeting, this year.

Shareholders will be able to attend (watch or listen), vote and ask questions in real-time at the AGM through the Online Platform, available at https://agmlive.link/SUL21. Shareholders who wish to ask a question or make a comment verbally rather than via the Online Platform will be able to do so using a questions and comments phone line. To utilise the questions and comments line, please call Link on 1800 990 363 (inside Australia) or +61 1800 990 363 (outside Australia) by 11:30am (AEST) on Monday, 18 October 2021 to register your participation and obtain the required phone PIN.
