The 2,000,000 new shares of Suominen Corporation registered and admitted to public trading

Helsinki, Finland, 2013-08-16 08:00 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Suominen Corporation Stock Exchange Release 16 August 2013 at 9:00am (EEST) THE 2,000,000 NEW SHARES OF SUOMINEN CORPORATION REGISTERED AND ADMITTED TO PUBLIC TRADING The 2,000,000 new shares of Suominen Corporation issued to the company itself without consideration, published with the stock exchange release on 17 July 2013, have been registered in the trade register on 15 August 2013. After the registration of the above mentioned new shares the total number of the company's shares is 247,934,122 shares, of which 2,060,298 shares are held by the company. The above mentioned new shares have been admitted to public trading together with the company's old shares on the stock exchange list of NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Oy on 16 August 2013. The company is exempted from publishing a prospectus in connection with applying admission to public trading for the above shares based on chapter 4 section 4 subsection 1) of the Securities Market Act.
