[Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used herein shall have the same meanings as defined in Sunway's announcement dated 8 January 2026 ("Announcement").]
1. INTRODUCTION
We refer to the Announcement in relation to the establishment of Sukuk Wakalah Programme.
The Board of Directors of Sunway wishes to announce that the Issuer has successfully completed the first issuance of Sukuk Wakalah ("Tranche 1 Series 1 Sukuk Wakalah") amounting to USD5 million on 15 May 2026 under the Sukuk Wakalah Programme, with the following salient terms:

2. ADVISER
HSBC Amanah Malaysia Berhad is the sole Lead Manager for the issuance of Tranche 1 Series 1 Sukuk Wakalah.
