Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Circular to Shareholders on 11 March 2026 in relation to the Proposals. On behalf of the Board, HLIB wishes to announce that following the payment of the Balance Purchase Price of RM63.0 million to PKNP Reneuco on 22 May 2026, the Solar Plant SPA has been completed in accordance with the terms and conditions set out therein. Accordingly, the Acquisition of Solar Plant has been completed today.   This announcement is dated 22 May 2026.
