Pursuant to the applicable regulations of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 20 15, we wish to inform you that the Company has allotted 3,692 equity shares of Face Value Re. 1/- per share to option grantees who had exercised their options under the Sunteck Realty Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme 2018 and 33,574 equity shares of Face Value Re. 1/- per share under ESOP 201 7. The said shares shall rank pari-passu the existing shares of the Company in all respects. The equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 14,64,31,756.
