Sunteck receives overwhelming response at Sunteck MaxXworld, Naigaon.
Sunteck Realty Ltd recently launched 2000 apartments approx., in its phase 2 named “Sunteck MaxXWorld” at Naigaon. It has received an overwhelming response and has already sold more than 1600 apartments generating sales worth Rs. 600 crores approx., in less than 2 weeks from the launch day. The company has tasted success once again, in less than 2 months after successfully launching 4[th] Avenue, Sunteck City at Oshiwara District Centre (ODC), Goregaon (West). Looking at continuous good sales momentum in Sunteck’s recent launches, the Company is confident to maintain this strong sales traction in multiple upcoming launches coming soon.
Sunteck MaxXWorld comprises of 15 acres out of the total 150 acres- one of the largest township in the western suburbs.
