This disclosure is pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations) read with sub-clause (7A) of Clause A in Part A of Schedule III of Listing Regulations. We wish to inform you that in order to have the same auditor, in both Sunteck Realty Limited and in its important subsidiary companies viz. Skystar Buildcon Private Limited and Satguru Corporate Services Private Limited the Board of Directors of the subsidiary companies have approved the appointment of Grant Thortan's affiliate viz., M/s Walker Chandiok & Co LLP in place of Lodha & Co. which resigns as the Statutory Auditor with effect from 14th August, 2020.

Further as per SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD1/114/2019 dated October 18, 2019, copy of Annexure A is attached herewith.
