Sub: Intimation of Annual General Meeting, Record Date and Cut-off Date

Pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that:

1. The 41[st] Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) of the Company for the financial year ended 31[st] March, 2024 is scheduled is to be held on Monday, 30[th] September, 2024 at 05:00 p.m. through Video Conferencing (‘VC’)/Other Audio Visual Means (‘OAVM’), in accordance with the applicable circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India.

2. The Company has fixed Monday, 23[rd] September, 2024 as the Record date for determining the entitlement of Members to receive dividend for the financial year ended 31[st] March, 2024, if approved by the Members at the 41[st] AGM. The payment of dividend will be subject to deduction of tax at source.

3. The Company has fixed Monday, 23[rd] September, 2024 as the Cut-off date for the purpose of determining the voting entitlement of the Members at the ensuing AGM.
