This is to inform you that the 37'11 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company for the year ended 31" March, 2020 is scheduled is to be held on Tuesday, 29'11 September, 2020 through Video Conferencing ("VC") I Other Audio Visual Means ("OA VM"), in accordance with the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India.

The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall be closed from Wednesday, 23rd September, 2020 to Tuesday, 29'11 September, 2020 for the purpose of Dividend and 37'11 AGM of the Company. The cut-off date to determine the shareholders eligible to cast their votes electronically for remote e-voting through https:/lwww.evoting.nsdl.com/ shall be Tuesday, 22nd September, 2020. The remote e-voting for 37'11 AGM of the Company shall commence from Saturday, 26'11 September, 2020 (9.00 a.m.) to Monday, 28'11 September, 2020 (5.00 p.m.).
