Share Consolidation Approved
Sunstone Metals Limited (ASX: STM) is pleased to advise that the proposed 30-for-1 share consolidation was approved by shareholders at the General Meeting held on 23 February 2026, which is also the Effective Date of the Consolidation.
The Consolidation will create a more appropriate and efficient capital structure for the Company, a less cumbersome structure for the purposes of the ongoing corporate discussions and enhance its appeal to a broader pool of investors.
The Company currently has 6.8 billion shares on issue plus 264.4 million unlisted options and 263.6 million unlisted performance rights. This is a large number of securities on issue compared with its ASX-listed peer group. Following the 30-for-1 consolidation, the number of securities on issue will be:
