Sunstone Metals Ltd (ASX: STM) – Trading Halt

Trading in the securities of Sunstone Metals Ltd (‘STM’) will be halted at the request of STM, pending the release of an announcement by STM.

Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of:

• the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 8 December 2025; or

• the release of the announcement to the market.

STM’s request for a trading halt is attached below for the information of the market.

Trading Halt Request – Sunstone Metals Limited (“STM”)

I confirm that Sunstone Metals Ltd (ASX: STM; “Sunstone” or “Company”) wishes to request a Trading Halt in its securities effective immediately in accordance with Listing Rule 17.1.

The Company provides the following information in relation to the request:

• The request for the Trading Halt is pending the release of an announcement regarding a proposed material capital raising.

• The Trading Halt is expected to last until the earlier of the Company releasing an announcement, or the commencement of trade on Monday, 8 December 2025.

• The Company is not aware of any reason why the Trading Halt should not be granted and is not aware of any other information to inform the market about the Trading Halt.
