• Avalon Minerals has loaded onto its website and onto the ASX platform an updated Company Presentation

• The Rights Issue is currently in progress and closes at 5pm AEDT next Monday, November 9[th]

Avalon Minerals Limited (‘ Avalon ’ or ‘ Company ’) ( ASX: AVI ) is pleased to provide investors and stakeholders with an updated Company presentation.

The Company is making very good progress on several fronts including drilling at Viscaria, advancing the Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA), advancing Scoping Study activities to allow for release prior to the end of 2015, and assessing opportunities that have the potential to add shareholder value.

The non-renounceable pro-rata rights issue announced on 16 October 2015 (Rights Issue) is currently underway and is progressing well. The Rights Issue is an offer of new fully paid ordinary shares (Rights Issue Shares) on the basis of one (1) Rights Issue Share for every two (2) shares held by Eligible Shareholders on the Record Date (26[th] October 2015) at a price of $0.027 per Rights Issue Share.

The Board of Avalon would like to remind shareholders that the Rights Issue closes at 5pm AEDT next Monday, 9[th] November 2015 .
