DIRECTOR RETIRES
Avalon Minerals Limited (‘ Avalon ’ or ‘ Company ’) ( ASX: AVI ) announces that Mr Paul Niardone has informed the Company of his intention to retire as a non-executive director of Avalon, effective from the close of the general meeting to be held on Tuesday 28 April 2015.
Mr Niardone has been a non-executive director since February 2012. He said that his decision will allow him to focus on other corporate interests and responsibilities.
The Board of Avalon thank Mr Niardone for his commitment and contribution to the Company over the past 3 years and wish him success in his future endeavours.
