MANAGEMENT UPDATE AVALON MINERALS LIMITED (ASX:AVI)

(“Avalon” or “Company”)

Avalon Minerals advises that Linda Cochrane, the Chief Financial Officer of the Company, has resigned to pursue other interests. The resignation is to take effect mid-November.

The Board would like to acknowledge Ms Cochrane’s contribution and dedication during her tenure with the Company.

The Company has commenced the process of finding a suitable replacement.
