Resignation Of Chairman Of The Board
Avalon Minerals Limited wishes to advise the Mr David McSweeney has resigned as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company with effect from Monday 6 February.
Mr McSweeney was appointed as an Executive of the company from its inception in February 2007 and has served Avalon in the capacity of both Chairman and previously as its Managing Director.
The Board of Avalon wishes to record its thanks to Mr McSweeney for his long standing commitment and contribution to the company.
The Board will consider a replacement for Mr McSweeney in his role as Chairman of the Board of Directors in due course.
