Remarks (if any):

Note A: As at 1 February 2018, our Post-IPO Share Option Scheme had 194,397,525 stock options outstanding. During the month of February 2018, Nil stock options were granted, Nil options were exercised, 878,179 stock options were forfeited and Nil stock options expired. As at 28 February 2018, our Post-IPO Share Option Scheme had 193,519,346 stock options outstanding, of which 130,675,485 stock options were vested (Nil stock options were vested in the month of February 2018) and available for exercise into Class “A” common shares on a 1 for 1 basis.

Note B: Private placement of 116,803,500 shares issued at HKD 0.244 closed on February 13, 2018. This issuance was under the General Mandate approved at the Annual General Meeting held on June 27, 2017.
