Remarks (if any):

Note A: As at 1 July 2018, our Post-IPO Share Option Scheme had 189,946,356 stock options outstanding. During the month of July 2018, 315,000,000 stock options were granted, Nil options were exercised, Nil stock options were forfeited and Nil stock options expired. As at 31 July 2018, our Post-IPO Share Option Scheme had 504,946,356 stock options outstanding, of which 181,870,964 stock options were vested (50,000,000 stock options were vested in the month of July 2018) and available for exercise into Class “A” common shares on a 1 for 1 basis.

Per the Company’s announcement dated July 5, 2018, among the 315,000,000 options granted in July 2018, of which 300,000,000 options were granted conditionally and is subject to the shareholder approval at the next general meeting of the Company.

Note B: Private placements of 14,322,500 shares issued at HKD 0.192 closed on July 16, 2018. This issuance was under the General Mandate approved at the Annual General Meeting held on June 25, 2018.
