FOR THE FINANCIAL YEARS FROM 2011 TO 2013, 2018 TO 2020 AND 2022 TO 2024
Pursuant to the requirements of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Listing Rules"), Sunshine Oilsands Ltd. (HKEX: 2012) (the "Company") hereby discloses the emoluments of the chief executive officers of the Company (the "CEOs") for the financial years from 2011 to 2013, 2018 to 2020 and 2022 to 2024.
The table below sets out the emoluments of the CEOs for the financial years from 2011 to 2013, 2018 to 2020 and 2022 to 2024 (all are expressed in Canadian Dollars (CAD)).

Notes
- Mr. JianPing Sun was appointed as CEO since November 1, 2022.
- Mr. Horst Wolfgang Wunschelmeier was appointed as CEO since September 1, 2018. He resigned on August 31, 2020.
- Mr. John Zahary resigned from his position as President and CEO on December 10, 2013. Amounts disclosed for Mr. Zahary in 2013 include his compensation for serving as President and CEO up to December 10, 2013.
- Share based awards and option based awards are valued at the "call option value" using the Black Scholes model. All values are calculated based on International Financial Reporting Standards.
- For financial years from 2014-2018, the emoluments of CEOs have been disclosed in the section headed "Directors' emoluments" under appendix to the respective annual reports.
- No CEO was appointed for the financial year 2021.
