Remarks (if any):

Note A: As at 1 April 2016, our Pre-IPO Share Option Scheme had 5,377,080 stock options outstanding. During the month of April 2016, Nil stock options were exercised, Nil stock options were forfeited and 1,300,000 stock options expired. As at 30 April 2016, our Pre-IPO Share Option Scheme had 4,077,080 stock options outstanding, of which 4,077,080 stock options were vested (Nil stock options vested in the month of April 2016) and available for exercise into Class “A” common shares on a 1 for 1 basis. Note B: As at 1 April 2016, our Post-IPO Share Option Scheme had 89,831,262 stock options outstanding. During the month of April 2016, Nil stock options were granted, Nil options were exercised, 789,991 stock options were forfeited and 1,094,211 expired. As at 30 April 2016, our Post-IPO Share Option Scheme had 87,947,060 stock options outstanding, of which 65,646,899 stock options were vested (12,000 stock options were vested in the month of April 2016) and available for exercise into Class “A” common shares on a 1 for 1 basis.

Note C: Each whole warrant entitles the subscriber to acquire one Class “A” Common Share at an exercise price of HKD 1.88 per Class “A” Common Share, for a period of 24 months following the closing date of the Unit offering which included one Class “A” Common Share and one third of one warrant per Unit. As at 1 April 2016, the Company had Nil warrants outstanding. During the month of April 2016, there were Nil warrants issued, Nil warrants exercised and Nil warrants expired. At 30 April 2016 there were no warrants outstanding.

Note D: Private placement of 88,234,000 shares issued at HKD 0.34 closed on April 27, 2016. This issuance was under the General Mandate approved at the Annual General Meeting held on June 24, 2015.
