Remarks (if any):

Note A: As at 1 June 2016, our Pre-IPO Share Option Scheme had 4,077,080 stock options outstanding. During the month of June 2016, Nil stock options were exercised, Nil stock options were forfeited and 1,100,000 stock options expired. As at 30 June 2016, our Pre-IPO Share Option Scheme had 2,977,080 stock options outstanding, of which 2,977,080 stock options were vested (Nil stock options vested in the month of June 2016) and available for exercise into Class “A” common shares on a 1 for 1 basis. Note B: As at 1 June 2016, our Post-IPO Share Option Scheme had 89,591,744 stock options outstanding. During the month of June 2016, Nil stock options were granted, Nil options were exercised, 3,197,162 stock options were forfeited and 2,068,581 expired. As at 30 June 2016, our Post-IPO Share Option Scheme had 84,326,001 stock options outstanding, of which 64,881,582 stock options were vested (Nil stock options were vested in the month of June 2016) and available for exercise into Class “A” common shares on a 1 for 1 basis.

Note C: Each whole warrant entitles the subscriber to acquire one Class “A” Common Share at an exercise price of HKD 1.88 per Class “A” Common Share, for a period of 24 months following the closing date of the Unit offering which included one Class “A” Common Share and one third of one warrant per Unit. As at 1 June 2016, the Company had Nil warrants outstanding. During the month of June 2016, there were Nil warrants issued, Nil warrants exercised and Nil warrants expired. At 30 June 2016 there were no warrants outstanding.

Note D: Private placement of 13,333,333 shares issued at HKD 0.75 closed on June 3, 2016. This issuance was under the Specific Mandate approved at the Special General Meeting held on July 21, 2015.

Note E: Private placement of 58,871,000 shares issued at HKD 0.34 closed on June 22, 2016. This issuance was under the General Mandate approved at the Annual General Meeting held on June 24, 2015.

Note F: Private placement of 40,000,000 shares issued at HKD 0.75 closed on June 23, 2016. This issuance was under the Specific Mandate approved at the Special General Meeting held on July 21, 2015.
