TRADING HALT

The securities of Pelican Resources Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 14 September 2017, or when the announcement is released to the market.

1. The Company requests a trading halt, pending the release of an announcement to the market regarding a potential transaction relating to the Company’s Cockatoo Island Project.

2. The trading halt to remain until the earliest of the Company releasing an announcement, on the commencement of trading on Thursday, 14 September 2017.

3. We expect the trading halt will end by the Company making an announcement.

4. The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
