BOARD COMPOSITION
Sunshine Gold Limited (ASX:SHN, “ Sunshine Gold ”, “ the Company ”) advises the executive service agreement with director, Mr Antonio Torresan has expired. Mr Torresan will transition from his role as an executive director to a non-executive director of Sunshine Gold.
The Board wishes to acknowledge the contribution that Mr Torresan has made to the Company since his appointment, in particular to the success of the acquisition of XXXX Gold Pty Ltd.
The Board looks forward to Mr Torresan’s on-going role as a non-executive director.
