A letter or email, depending on individual preference, has been sent to registered shareholders to notify them of the publication of the Annual Report and Notice.

The AGM has been convened for 10.00 a.m. on Thursday 13 March 2025 at Arundel House, 6 Temple Place, London WC2R 2PG.

Proxy Voting will be available from 5.00 p.m. today and instructions can be found starting on page 57 of the Annual Report at the link above.
