Issue of Warrants
Sunrise Resources plc, the AIM-traded company focusing on the development of its CS Pozzolan-Perlite Project in Nevada, USA, announces that on 21 February 2019 the Board of the Company granted a total of 8,750,000 warrants over Ordinary Shares, representing 0.32% of the Company's issued share capital, to employees of Tertiary Minerals plc working on the Company's behalf, to the Company secretary and to the non-executive directors of the Company in connection with their remuneration as follows: The Warrant exercise price has been calculated by reference to the closing mid-market price on 21 February 2019 being 0.11 pence.
