Sunrise Resources plc, the AIM-traded company focusing on the development of its CS Pozzolan-Perlite Project in Nevada, USA announces that Executive Chairman, Patrick Cheetham, purchased 5,000,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on market, at a price of 0.099 pence per share, on 19 December 2018. These shares were purchased through his Self-Invested Personal Pension (SIPP).
Following this transaction) Patrick Cheetham is now beneficially interested in 90,390,369 Ordinary Shares (including 5,500,000 Ordinary Shares held by his wife, Karen Cheetham) representing 3.7% of the Company's issued share capital.
