POSITIVE PROFIT ALERT

This announcement is made by Sunray Engineering Group Limited (the "Company", and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") pursuant to Rule 17.10 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on GEM of the Stock Exchange (the "GEM Listing Rules") and the Inside Information Provisions (as defined under the GEM Listing Rules) under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong).

The board (the "Board") of directors (the "Directors") of the Company wishes to inform the shareholders of the Company (the "Shareholders") and potential investors that, based on the information currently available to the Board and a preliminary review of the unaudited consolidated management accounts of the Group for the six months ended 30 September 2025 (the "Reporting Period"), the Group expects to record a net profit of approximately HK$1.6 million for the Reporting Period as compared to the net loss of approximately HK$2.4 million for the six months ended 30 September 2024.

The expected net profit for the Reporting Period is primarily attributable to an increase in revenue of approximately HK$8.7 million, representing an 11.0% increase compared to the corresponding period in 2024. This growth was mainly driven by an increase in number of the Group's projects during the Reporting Period.

The Company is still in the process of finalising its results of the Group for the Reporting Period.
