APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND GROUP CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

The Board of Directors (the " Board ") of Sunpower Group Ltd. (the " Company ", together with its subsidiaries, the " Group ") is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Lin Jiankai (“Mr Lin”) as Executive Director and Group Chief Executive Officer (“Group CEO” ) of the Company with effect from 24 November 2025 .

Mr Lin currently serves as the General Manager of Sunpower Clean Energy Investment (Jiangsu) Group Co., Ltd. ( 中圣清洁能源投资（江苏）集团有限公司 ), and Jiangsu Sunpower Clean Energy Co., Ltd. ( 江苏中圣清洁能源有限公司 ), where he is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, business development, organisational optimisation and financial management of these companies.

Since assuming the role, Mr Lin has led a series of significant initiatives, including enhancing operational efficiency, implementing cost-optimisation measures, advancing digital and AI-driven transformation, and strengthening the Group’s project execution, financing structure and profitability.

Mr Lin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Science and Techno logy and an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) Degree from Xiamen University, China. He brings with him more than 15 years of extensive experience in financial services, investment management, clean-energy operations, corporate management, and large-scale project execution. His prior career includes senior roles in leading financial institutions such as Ping An Trust and state-owned Central Enterprise Financial Institution, where he managed multi-billion-RMB portfolios, led major investment and financing projects, and built high-performing teams across multiple regions.

The Board believes that Mr Lin’s proven leadership, strong execution ability and comprehensive management experience will contribute significantly to the Group’s next phase of growth and transformation. In his role as Executive Director and Group CEO, Mr Lin is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, business development, organisational optimisation and financial management of the Group.
