VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT

This is a voluntary announcement made by Sun.King Power Electronics Group Limited (the “ Company ” together with its subsidiaries collectively referred as the “ Group ”).

The board of directors (the “ Board ”) is pleased to announce that, the ordering amount of STAKPAK power module products of the Group so far has reached RMB 98.43 million from the research of the converter valves of the flexible direct current transmission of the two construction, namely “±500kV/3000MW the flexible direct current transmission grid in Zhangbei” and “±800kV/5000MW Wudongde combined direct current”, prompting a new breakthrough in the research and development of the flexible direct current transmission technology.

Shareholders of the Company and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the shares of the Company.
