VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT – EXECUTION OF THE JINSHANG – HUBEI ULTRA-HIGH VOLTAGE DIRECT CURRENT POWER TRANSMISSION PROJECT AND TAYEH CONVERSION STATION ENGINEERING CAPACITOR CONTRACTS

This announcement is made by Sun.King Technology Group Limited (the “ Company ”) on a voluntary basis.

On 8 September, 2023, according to the tender results of 33rd bulk purchase of capacitor packages 18 and 19 of the State Grid Corporation of China in 2023 (the tender of ultra-high voltage projects in the 3rd equipment purchase tender), State Grid Hubei Electric Power Co., Ltd. (“ State Grid Hubei ”) and Wuxi Sunking Power Capacitor Co., Ltd. (“ Wuxi Sunking ”), the successful bidder and a subsidiary of the Company entered into two engineering capacitor purchase contracts for the Jinshang – Hubei ±800kVA ultra-high voltage direct current power transmission project and Tayeh ±800kVA conversion station. The contracts stipulate that State Grid Hubei, as the buyer, shall purchase filter bank capacitors from Wuxi Sunking. The total contract sum of both contracts amount to RMB115,500,690.

The Jinshang-Hubei ±800kVA ultra-high voltage direct current power transmission project is a key power planning project under the “14th Five-Year Plan”. Wuxi Sunking’s participation in this project as one of the capacitor suppliers is a full endorsement of Wuxi Sunking’s product quality, technological level and service competence.
