CLARIFICATION ANNOUNCEMENT PROXY FORM

References are made to (1) the notice of the extraordinary general meeting (the “ Notice ”) of Sundy Service Group Co. Ltd (the “ Company ”) dated 31 January 2024; (2) the circular of the Company containing the Notice dated 31 January 2024 (the “ Circular ”); and (3) the accompanying proxy form (the “ Proxy Form ”) for use at the extraordinary general meeting to be held on Monday, 26 February 2024 (the “ EGM ”). Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Circular, the Notice and the Proxy Form.

The Board hereby clarifies that there is an inadvertent typographical error on the English and the Chinese version of the Proxy Form. The serial number of resolution 1. and 2. in the Proxy Form should be resolution (A) and (B) respectively as stated in the Notice and the Circular.

Save as disclosed in this announcement, other contents of the Proxy Form are correct and remain unchanged. The clarification in this announcement does not affect the information contained in the Circular and the Notice.

The Proxy Form which has been despatched for the purpose of the EGM will remain valid for the EGM.
